These are government routes, not ours. They are free, and none of them require a lawyer.
- National Consumer Helpline — 1915
Free, in most Indian languages. ₹1.56 crore has been refunded to 600+ students through it (February 2025).
- e-Jagriti — consumer commission filings
File a consumer case online, including against an education provider.
- NCPCR — schools and child rights
For anything involving a school and a child, including capitation fees.
- UGC — colleges and universities
Original certificates, refunds on withdrawal, and recognised-institution complaints.

Every penalty order the regulator has published — ₹1.46 crore against 31 coaching institutes so far (May 2026).
